In my soundscape, I wanted to envoke the feeling of walking through nature listening to a guided meditation. You start hearing a crackling fire over a creek and then slowly you are taken on a journey through nature. You hear the wind rushing, the water getting more rapid and then calmer again, leaves rustling, your feet crackling the things underneath. All this is happening when a distant voice chimes in, telling you to just breathe. We all could use some time in nature to simply just breathe and be.
I try to meditate every day and appreciate what I have and the world around me, but it is a constant struggle to be present and to take advantage of the amazing environment around us. Living in Boulder we have access to so much nature, but is up to us ourselves to take advantage.
